Building Tomorrow trains and deploys Ugandan college graduates as Building Tomorrow Fellows, who work hand-in-hand with Community Education Volunteers to improve learning outcomes, build the capacity of school leadership, and galvanize communities in support of education. To date, Fellows have enrolled over 15,000 previously out-of-school children and vastly improved the quality of education in the schools they serve.

Cultivating social entrepreneurship is a core component of our Fellows Program, which pushes young Ugandan graduates to reimaging the world as it could be by innovating solutions for some of the most stubborn social, cultural, and environmental challenges.

Finding XY conducted a training on financial modeling, target market analysis, costing, & creating SOPs to help the fellows grow their social enterprises.
