Finding XY Entrepreneurship School is built on the quest to boost entrepreneurship across borders through supporting entrepreneurs in their ideation stage or business model refinement for the existent enterprises. The school provides both aspiring & existing entrepreneurs with skills and information to define their business models while building partnerships that generate revenues for their enterprises.
Participants at the ideation stage are guided through the processes on how to understand and challenge the key underlying assumptions of a business in order to successfully launch their enterprise. On the other hand, participants at the growth stage are supported in refining their business models to make their enterprises generate revenue and become investment-ready.
Mode of delivery:
The trainings are organized and conducted online. Live sessions are recorded and shared with participants for reference. The trainings are a blend of both group and individual support sessions. Similar training sessions are scheduled twice a week to enable participants to choose a convenient time.
Each participant is provided with training material that guides them from the start to the end of the training. In addition, there are guiding questions at the end of each module. Participants are required and encouraged to submit responses/answers to these questions.
Eligibility Criteria:
The training courses are open to early stage enterprises and those at the growth stage. The training is not sector-specific, and alos aims at achieving full, equitable participation of both women and men in the training regardless of one's origin.
