Matching Needs Enterprises processes groundnuts to make peanut butter. The peanut butter is finely processed and free from aflatoxin, a poisonous substance that can contaminate food crops and pose a serious health threat to humans and livestock.

The enterprise sources the groundnuts from within the community, particularly from women farmers. The enterprise organizes these women into small groups for easier collection and also offers them a relatively higher price than that on the local market. Women who are interested in processing are trained and boarded onto the processing team. This has greatly improved their skills and provided an additional source of income.
